500g desalinated bacalao [salt cod], skinless and boneless
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Salt (depending on the saltiness of the bacalao)

100g tinned, chopped tomatoes

Preparation: Put the peppers in the internal steaming basket to drain the liquid
