INAID'S Gruyere Fritters
« on: December 06, 2013, 05:58:56 am »
INAID's Gruyere Fritters:
Number of People:
Ingredients:
Cookie I just made it up as I went along. Diced the onion and mint in Thelma, grated the cheese (200g gruyere) removed both. Added two eggs, beat them a bit added about a cup of flour (didn't measure) added cheese, mint and onion and 1/2 cup of cream?  Then put the peas through on reverse. Delish. Served with salad and beetroot and pear relish.

I have given this it's own post as I just spent ages looking for it. I hope you agree that this is the place to post it.

Oh thanks Cookie. Hope you like. I'm a bit of a throw it in as you go without measuring type person.
