Pike perch fillet with feta lemon sauce review

I've never made this with pike, but it's a firm family favourite with salmon. Love it!
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

I just got this book at my varoma demo last Friday - 1 week ago and have only yet looked thru it and bookmarked some recipes to try .... must pull it out when I do next weeks meal plan. Thinking the stuffed chicken breasts look nice... any reviews on them?  :)
