Hello from another newbie. I look forward to hearing what your demo meal is and what y ou made first.
First thing I made was a tuna risotto without the cheese. Found the recipe inhere somewhere, and there is a good smoked salmon risotto in the other thermomix community Www.recipecommunity.com.au but I don't know how to post link on iPad. I have tried but it wont work. Hope that works.

Hello and welcome Mistyseas. Custard would be good to be demonstrated as you could have that for dessert. Otherwise something that can be reheated for dinner tomorrow night. I love making the Berry Coulis and have it on hand for milkshakes and ice cream. Cookie Dough can be frozen too.

Hi all and thanks, Got the chocolate custard delivery demo, I rarely eat dessert but hear a spoon clacking a bowl downstairs as I type!! Husband doing a taste test LOL! Had the mushroom rissoto earlier, it was amazing and I will attempt to re invent tomorrow using freshly picked farm mushrooms. Thanks for your amazing support!
