anyone ever made a double batch of custard from the EDC
how much longer should i cook it for ? would i use the some temp and speed ?

Don't you just add 20% of the time for doubling? The EDC says add 20% to the processing and cooking time.

When I double the bechemel sauce it goes from 7 minutes to 12 minutes.

Well done girls, you worked it out amongst yourselves. Bit of trial and error with this one, will make a note in my EDC in case I need to use it myself. Obviously the +20% doesn't apply to sauces.

I make double all the time, same time and speed and I cook it for 10 minutes
I don't make a thick custard though, use about 25g maximum of cornflour (true cornflour not wheaten cornflour) per batch in mine (so max 50g in a double batch)
