Thanks everyone. Great forum - wonderful recipes and such friendly people.

I didn't mean to sound like I've got everything under control - certainly doesn't feel that way! I really hope to learn how other people juggle busy schedules and keep eating well at the same time. We've got a tiny freezer (and everything else - living on sydney's LNS) so everything I do has to be both time and space efficient. How perfect is the TMX for me?!

My freezer meal 'regulars' include bolognaise sauce and slow cooker beef stew. Sometimes I also have pork casserole, chicken casserole and soups. I also keep some chicken breasts and lamp rumps in the freezer because they can cook in 20 min without any fuss.

I've had a big restocking day today. Starting from the time I got up I've made:
Porridge
Apple purée
Pear purée
Apple baked custard (not a huge success - curdled I think)
Bacon, leek and tomato risotto (as posted by Thermomixer)
Minestrone soup
Bolognaise sauce (incl making my own pork mince)
And I Love Bimby's chocolate cake (in the oven now - thanks for the tip Robyn!)

I also found some frozen cookie dough so am having a warm cookie and milk while I type this and my little boy sleeps. What a wonderful day!

Tomorrow I will be looking for chicken casserole recipes... Any suggestions?

There are pages and pages of chicken recipes on this forum Grubbybub - click on Main Dishes then type 'chicken' in the search bar, they will all then be listed for you. I'm sure something you like will jump out at you.
