this was going to be my last try  at a roast chicken. ;D  i am very pleased with the results, so was frank and the kids

Looks good Uni, where are the Roast vegs etc.

Not sure why you left the 3rd body part on ???

Did you take the arsons nose off?

i am so s**t when it comes to roasts  snappy ;D iwould love to be able to just do a roast and veg for dinner

i made Antipasto platter, Pasta with nap sauce, eggplant parmigiana, stuffed eggplant, tomato salad, fennel and orange salad, roast veg just in case  :-))
