Let me get it first Chookie and I will see what I think of it.  When I first got the TMX I wanted it for main meals more than anything else as I wasn't into making bread, cakes, smoothies, desserts only for special occasions etc etc.  Now, of course I make all of those things but to start with I was very disappointed at the number of main meal recipes plus the fact some didn't work for me.  Once everyone started to convert their favourite main meal recipes I was on easy street and have so many to choose from and many more in my 'waiting to be converted' file.

I received my free meat cookbook today with this recipe in it - thanks Tenina, that was quick.
Recipe is pretty well as it is printed on the forum but I have since tried it with only 200mls stock and found it to be a lot thicker so I'd suggest you start off with 200mls and add the extra if and when needed.

Well done Judy!
Would love to hear what your opinion is of the meat book.
I'm finally having my varoma demo next week, and I was going to ask my consultant to bring it along for me to buy  ;)

I'm having my Varoma Demo tomorrow night. We're doing Tasmanian Salmon - mmmmm!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Sounds good - try chermoula marinade with them some time.

My parsley is dormant right now, so no chermoula.
But we put lemons and spring onions on top and salt and pepper. My consultant did a sweet and sour sauce with vegies. I would have preferred a lemony sauce.

Got the meat book as there was an upside down page in a few of the books, so my consultant is letting me have it cheaply. My only criticism is - no pictures! I love pictures in my recipe books!

Put it on your list of tweaks to Tenina MJ - you never know, they just might listen to you.

Thanks ILB, good old Thermomixer came to the rescue. Pity the new meat book doesn't have more pictures.

Oh yes there is Chelsea, I can take the picture but try as I might I cannot put one on the forum.  I am waiting for Chookie to learn so that she can teach me!  I spent an hour one night trying but had no idea what I was doing and couldn't follow the instructions on the forum and gave up.  Decided to email it to Thermomixer to see if he would do it for me but that isn't fair on him either.
