Morning all, my grandson has arrived and I'm playing Ropes & Rockets (like snakes & ladders) already  :-))  After just 3 hours sleep last night, be interesting to see if I can keep up with him today.

Morning Aussies :)

Judy, have a good day with GS, and good luck keeping up with him ;D

DJ, if its high fibre baking recipes you want, just replace half the flour in any recipe with wholemeal flour, or replace a few tablespoons with psyllium or bran. Also use more dried fruit instead of nuts or chocolate chips :)

DJ, I just looked up a few recipe for you....

This one I posted a couple of days ago is high in fibre because of the oats, wholemeal flour and fruit: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12830.0

Brazen's Cranberry Maple Breakfast Scones would be another good one: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=219.0

These Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes, replace some of the choc chips with dried fruit to give them even more fibre: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5707.0

A recipe here for Date Crumble Slice by CP, when chookie made it she replaced some of the white flour with wholemeal and she enjoyed it: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3148.0

ANZAC Biscuits, like Obbit Obbie!!! ;D mentioned, but they'd need wholemeal flour to give them a significant amount of fibre.
Any of your favourite fruit or carrot cake recipes with wholemeal flour, and scrub carrots as opposed to peeling them.

Hope this helps DJ! :-*
