Frozzie.. If you're still in the market for appliances of any kind I can highly recommend www.appliancesonline.com.au

Their prices are really great and free delivery in the metro area. I've bought freezer, dish washer, clothes dryer (for me essential in Sydney's winter months) and even an electric knife from these people. Take a look and see what you think! :)

Good day / evening.

Another grey and cold day. We had a trip out in the car, still lots of random snowdrifts around and grey fields with no sign of spring.
More frost tonight, and a cold week with maybe more snow flurries later. The coldest march since 1963.
I just remember my mother falling on ice and my older brothers helping her back to the house through the snow and giving her brandy. My father was away. I must have been 4 yrs old.  That was the year we made penny patterns with warm coins on the windows as the ice was in the inside.

Blanket almost finished. Used up all the coloured yarn, just some while left to do another row or two around the edge.
Back to housework and baking tomorrow, plus a trip to local town for few things.

Glad all going well Frozzie.

Cant believe its April & snow in the UK.

Dh was worried when we dumped the cousins, she just got a sms from her sister saying it was snowing, they were very subded, niether wanted to leave. They must be in Singapore as we have heard nothing & probably wont until they want to come back.
