Oh no Yvette, that would have not been a nice awakening!

Thank you all, :-*  sorry for the whinge  :-))....was just feeling a bit sorry for myself - so not used to waking in the night at all, have had to a few times lately for the bathroom but straight back to sleep,  :-))  So to have to be up with the girls was so unusual, not my style!!! I love my sleep to much for that!!!!  :D

Slightly better today methinks, but not out of bed yet. Throat still awful and coughing but headache better at the mo.

Pottering about, made bread, made salad for lunch and got washing on line.
About to have a small rest, but SUCH an improvement from yesterday.

Great news DJ!! So glad you've finally some relief!! It does get to a stage when you start to think it will never go !! Still take it easy though. You don't want it coming back again! :)
