Jadey my DD had whooping cough and after 3 weeks one of her peers at work diagnosed it. Wrote her a script and from then on she started to improve. She used to go into work every week or so to prove she was still ill as they couldn't comprehend a cough knocking her round so much. She is young and fit and had had all her immunisations. It was nasty so take care of yourself.

One of our elderly car club members caught it from a not immunised grandchild and it nearly killed her.
