Stress can take a while to hit Kim so perhaps that's why you are down a bit at the moment - your life has not been smooth sailing for some time now but everything is going to be OK.  In the meantime, rest up and only do what you want to do - easier said than done I know, a woman's work is never done.  :-* :-*

Kim - take note of Judy's wise words here. . .treat it as a virus that needs rest to heal - you'll be ok but you just need to slow down and relax.  It will all be good!!  Trust me!!  Been there, seen them and done that!!! ;D ;D
