Goodmorning everyone  ;D
Hi CC  ;D
Back on line again after terrible hassles yesterday with the internet.

Marie

I just hate that. Ruins your day.

Gert
Yes, totally agree Gert, Telstra had a problem apparently but took several phone calls before they told me that.  Did not get the problem fixed until late last night.  They were supposed to text me when it was fixed, still no text message, so that was a heap of crap.  Really missed the forum.

hi Marie - yep, 'fraid that's what you know who thinks of customer service!!  The old saying comes to mind . ."Can't complain about the service - there is none!!!" >:(

Totally and completely over winter, CC . . . but, mind you, by February, I'll probably be saying the same thing about summer if we have any more of those 40C+ days that we had last season. . ;D ;D ;D
