Gf class was great, was great to meet the girls and Tenina.. Great recipes as always with Tenina.. Fabulous just pity there wasnt more time.. Class flew by

Had trouble getting onto the forum.. And staying on.. Last night and this morning... Thought at first it was my computer but didn't have any problem with other sites etc....even tapatalk couldn't seem to get through .

So glad everyone enjoyed the class.. !!

Loved the class last night - Got a demo of puff pastry and think I will give it another go as is was lovely and had lots of layers. Tenina made it look very easy which wasn't my experience when I made it some time ago.
The company was fabulous too. Courton said it all "I feel like I know you all so well already."

Theclass was amazing and the puff was good.. Will be trying this recipe and alot of the others lol.. Mich i think the recipe i tried had frozen butter and not ice so maybe that makes the difference??

I couldnt get on or post last night and ad a fewprobs this morning but did manage to see that cc has arrived safely

Courton  is right. We are all family members. I would love for some of the newer members to not be so shy and come along to join others in various get to gethers small or large.  It is not like a book club or female empowering bonding session but just a bunch of mostly gals who love cooking and sharing. For fun. No mission. No pressure. I know there are a lot of women who would like some social interaction with friendly others and are not "joiners". Oh wait, that describes me.  I would not have given a thought to meeting any one for coffee 4 years ago and look at me now, travelling around the country meeting and having a laugh with you lot!

This machine has a lot to answer for.
