We are very happy and very proud as she is only 18 months into her apprenticeship and has already won 2 gold medals, 3 silver and made the national final in which she was runner up.

Very proud Denise and yes GF she is very fortunate to have found her niche. She has always been interested in cooking and used to watch all the cooking shws on tv with me when very young. She works very hard and definitely has a talent and flare in the kitchen. Now she is following her dream  :D

Just in from a fabulous dinner and a few too any glasses of....
Will send some more photos to dear Gretchen and if she has time she may post them..... What a wonderful friend. :D
Off to Rome tomorrow then to Moscow on Tuesday 17th. A new experience for both of us
