Great pics Gert.
Having few probs with fitting kitchen.... We won't talk about it...

CC next project sounds great!

Trainer said
It was good to meet you and Puppy yesterday.  He was certainly on his best
behaviour.  He strikes me as a dog with lots of potential; he has a good
temperament and is keen to learn.  I would definitely persevere with him.
The key with him is to get him focussing on you and not thinking for
himself.  Aim to prevent the unwanted behaviour, as once Puppy starts doing
this, it will become a habit and more difficult to resolve.

So am trying even harder..... Will be easier when he can come in the house and not just the boot room!
We have new things to try too.... But mainly on the lead all the time.... And got to order an acme 211.5 whistle. Three blasts at feed time for three weeks before trying the whistle anywhere else in the house.
He was fairly good today too.

Thanks for news about Michele and Don.  We have been very worried as we knew they were near the fires.
Gert,  just love the photos from your holiday in Tassie.  Glad you are coping with the cold.  Hobart is such a pretty city.  It has just started to snow here today.
I am cooking a Japanese lunch for Mandy's birthday today.  Will post recipes if OK. Some in TMX.
DJ,  puppy sounds lovely.
CC,  love Lloyd Loom cane work.  This will look beautiful when finished.

Uni, thanks for the news re Mich and Don. I'm very pleased that things are ok at the moment and hope they stay that way.

Gert, that photo is beautiful. It may be raining but you are in Tassy. We had rain this morning, and it is going to be 32. Sort of Cairns weather!

DJ, I feel so bad for you that you can't cook. It must be horrid.

Catching up while wide awake... DH snoring a lot!

Some of you have snow now, others 32' what a diverse country.

I have never made gnocchi either.
thanks cookie it is challenging and a bit pricey, and the diet is not as healthy....

Morning CC and DJ good that the weather is better than expected.
Sunny but windy here today.

Photos are lovely Gert and the menu looks good.
What is in the glass as it looks pretty dark for wine? Looks like whisky or brandy? Is that the Tassie whisky?
