News from Mama Fergie as she cannot post pics and can barely use her hot spot. Still no internet.
I will let her tell the tale of her dear GD

Thank you dear Gert posting my photos yet again.
Want to share the news with everyone that my GD who is representing Australia with 5 other young chefs in Korea just informed us that Team Australia won the Silver medal in the Hot Kitchen competition. A great achievement against another 23 or 27 world teams. I thought 28 teams were competing but my DD thinks 24.
The above photos are her silver medal and certificate and a photo of the entree that she created which is a trio of salmon. All 6 of them cooked all three courses for 60 people. They started at 3am this morning. As so many teams were competing there kitchen spots have all been staggered. Next is the cold kitchen which means they cook a variety of dishes that are set with various things like gelatine and are purely for show and not to be eaten. This way the presentation doesn't deteriorate.
We are very proud.
