Sorry to hear this news Uni, hoping it all happens quickly at your end so that you can be there for Frank's Dad

Sorry to hear your news Uni. Just front up at ngurah rai airport and explain the circumstances and they will put you on a flight home as soon as possible. I have had to return home from Bali urgently a few times and they were extremely helpful and had me on a flight in no time. Hope Franks dad is ok. More chance of success at the airport than by ringing the airline. I have tried ringing with no success and then no problem at the airport. If you speak Balinese or bahasa Indonesia its easier if not try to take a local with you. Good luck.
Glad to hear you are feeling better Jen
