Sorry to hear your news Uni. Just front up at ngurah rai airport and explain the circumstances and they will put you on a flight home as soon as possible. I have had to return home from Bali urgently a few times  and they were  extremely helpful and had me on a flight in no time. Hope Franks dad is ok. More chance of success at the airport than by ringing the airline. I have tried ringing with no success and then no problem at the airport. If you speak Balinese or  bahasa Indonesia its easier if not try to take a local with you.  Good luck.

Uni so sorry about  your troubles. I agree with MF . Hope you can get home as soon as possible .

Harrods is wonderful to look around ;D And the Westfield at Stratford is massive.You will certainly have plenty to look at there.
