morning all ,Franks dad is still in hospital frank spoke to the doctor yesterday and said he will be moved to rehab for 2 weeks if he doesn't not improve in that time  he will need to go into a nursing home, if we only could get my MIL to stop doing everything for him he would be doing better by now

Morning all.
Yvette,  might be a good idea to let your Travel insurance people know what is going on.  Family back in Australia can do this for you.  Will make it much easier if you have a claim ,  later.
It was 40 degrees here yesterday.  Very hot.  The food and service are outstanding.  Air con in units.  Took photos but doesn't do justice to presentation.  I had grilled Cray  and Ral steak , on first night.  Last night,  Blue Eye for me and Prawns for Ral.  The sweets are outstanding.  ,only complain with the food is the bread.  Ha.  The dinner rolls are cut with a scone cutter.  I went to have a talk with Chef,  but he speaks no English.
Kimmyh,  that is very kind of you,  but it is going to be 43 again,  so might just keep going.  Bit worried about my chooks and garden.
UK friend,  hope the rain eases up for you.
Emme,  you are having a bad run.  Watch out for that third thing.
Bedlam,  lots of cuddles,  for both of you.
Uni, normal behavior.
Have a great day,  everyone,  regardless of what the weather throws at us.

Thanks Chookie we have called them and they have already started a file. They need medical reports etc so I called them yesterday and today so hopefully there will be no problem with claiming.

Uni thanks for letting us know about FIL. Eve is so cute looking very grown up.

Goodmorning everyone  ;D
Hi CC DJ & Yvette.  ;D
Uni, thanks for the update on Franks father, thoughts have been with you.
Gosh, Uni how quickly time has flown, Eve has grown up so quickly.  She is beautiful
Chookie, that is a wonderful view, thankyou for the photos.  Interesting about the bread
Will be taking it easy in the heat, very hot yesterday and last night.  Piece of glass I think has come out, foot a little sore but better.

Hello everyone...
What a lot is going on with families just now.
Eve is so cute   ;D and so glad to have news of your FIL. Hope he improves soon, and how are you?
Yvette hope DH is soon on the mend and you can carry on with your holiday.
Chookie what a great view and hope you are having a lovely time and break from cooking.
Emme hope the foot mends well.

We had a frost first thing, and half a dry day today, and then lots more rain. These are my feet on the soggy hill where I feed the sheep.

It is not a cold winter at all, just VERY wet. The field runs water all the time. I feed  them at the top of the hill.
