CP, he had to learn everything on his own when we migrated. Google is his best friend. He'd research like crazy, do his Matrix download and just do it 😄

He renovated our tv room a couple of years ago

Marina you are so cheeky, are you remembering when I missed my plane and the taxi driver was knocking away at the door and even called me on the phone which was next to the bed? I have nightmares about that happening again, so I've booked a 2pm flight on Friday.   ;)  4 more sleeps to go

CP - I must have missed that story.  So does that mean you have just confessed to the entire forum, or just to me?? ;D ;D

By the way, next Monday is meant to be 22 and sunny - the best forecast for the week at this stage.  Looking forward to meeting you and Jana.

We have one in our lounge room and so cosy in winter. I love the look of the flames and the heat is amazing.

I'm very excited. The room is not done yet but it's getting there 😄

Before the lounge, he mucked around with doors.

We wanted to change a few old doors in the house but it costed a bomb. So DH patiently sourced for used ones on Gumtree, and modified them to fit the odd-sized frames. He added here and shaved off there, and walla!! Don't know how he does it...just know that he's a gem 💗😄😃

Lucky you Bee, he has done a wonderful Job.  I have a Very Dear DH but unfortunately not a handyman. Luckily he runs a good business so I can call on the professionals.  I am the painter and decorater.
