That's good news about Geoff putting on weight Judy. It is a lovely photo of him.

High calorie density foods are the go when you need to gain weight. Eating more isn't always an option so putting more calories in to every bite helps. Full cream milk, cream, oils etc - all the 'naughty' things we often avoid are great for putting more energy in to everything.  Nuts are good but tricky if teeth are fragile. High energy shakes as snacks, other treats between meals. Sometimes people lose weight as they live alone and can't be bothered cooking. Pre-made yummy high energy meals can work wonders.

Judy, it's is so nice to see Geoff looking well and happy.  You obviously made a good choice with his accommodation.  It must make it easier for you. X
Best of luck to your nana Astarra. Not to make light of it but I  must say I wish it was my problem.
