I'm not into tisanes at all either Gert. I don't mind chai sometimes though.

CC I can imagine you and Chance out in the wet. I guess you have gumboots.

Morning all.
CC,  I was hoping the rain had gone for you.
Cookie,  it takes us 1. 1/2  to 2 hours to drive to Ballarat.  Sometimes stop for a coffee at Dalesford.  It is a lovely drive.
Talking  of tea.... Just made some short bread type biscuits that had lemon tea in them.  TMX was excellent at grinding it up.
Visitors for lunch,  better get going.

I love Dalesford Chookie. My youngest son lives in Melbourne (I'm in Perth). On several visits we have driven out to Dalesford and wandered around. A lovely little place . There's a cafe in the Main Street that serves the best seafood chowder! :)

Didn't post the recipe for the lemon biscuits as there are so many nice ones here.  I froze one roll,  although they were not said to be freezer biscuits.  They baked without any problems.  I was wondering how they would go with Chai tea,  instead of the lemon.
