Morning everyone. Weigh it up was a campaign to improve our health with menu plans weekly. Possibly a gov initiative. I subscribed as DH and I like the look of it but went no further( typical me) . Food daily is worth a look I think,  yesterday had a good article on the misunderstood  fats and some nice looking biscuits, good old  recipes with a slightly healthy makeover.

Good morning all.  Denise I signed up for their newsletter as we can never have too much information about eating more healthily. It's a worry though when you have to scroll down so far to find your year of birth to join  ;) :D :D

Good evening/morning everyone.  CC even though the temps seem fine we found that it felt much hotter over there than what the advertised temp said.  Thought it must be the humidy!!!!  Keep cool & enjoy!!!!
