It's been a beautiful day in WA.  I may be a little quiet ATM, exercising lots and eating little! Not really but certainly not cooking very much. Plenty to eat. Take care DJ, think of you often.  The frozen banana "icecream" actually doesn't taste very bananaey, it's is whipped and cream. Might be worth a try.
