No mizzle round here for quite a few days now. I think spring may have arrived.

AB do take care of yourself. A friend was driving his vintage car on the Variety Club bash across Australia and he caught the lurgy. He has been very ill and lost a lot of weight.
Gert, your trip has sounded lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Chookie, did you see the segment on Sunday night about the 5/2 diet.  They are saying how there are even more health benefits than originally thought.
