Good morning everyone.  An icy cold morning here.

Morning all.
Gert , you are such a tease ,! It is about 3 degrees here at the moment. Probably minus something over night.,  sounds like things are shaping up nicely for you.

I am hoping it will go smoothly but there is Murphy's Law. The photographer will be here this afternoon and the house if looking pretty stark I must say. Nothing much of my personality for sure as I have removed everything personal also removed some of my art work for crap. I want to showcase the house not my possessions.

Gert don't listen to people that say your house must be all gooey to sell it. Our place was empty of everything except some flowers I picked up at Coles when it was open for people to look at. It sold quickly.
Good luck with the selling, just don't tell anyone about the witches next door.  Xx

Oh yes indeed re the witches. I almost feel sorry for the new owners. I am sure it will sell quickly because the price will be right. This is a highly desirable area but my new place not so much. Very sad to leave my rainforest but I will have  lovely gardens all around me that I do not have to look after!

Thanks Emme. Looks like it will be up on the web tomorrow or Thursday  after photographer took at least 20 photos. All signed sealed and money forked over. Lots of money!

Opening on Sat.

Hi friends.
Going to be a wet day here :P A great walk with Chance this morning as the Honeysuckle is flowering and the perfume is heavenly.

The very best of luck with the house sale Gert.

Gert, I hope your house sells quickly, nothing worse than having to keep it clean, neat & tidy all the time in anticipation. Your new place will be great, a lovely garden you don't have to look after sounds perfect.

Morning all.
Wow, what a morning.  I won one of the books in the competition , and we are going for a short holiday to Echuca with Bruce and Mandy. And it is not so cold , the wind has stopped blowing a gale and it is not raining.
Will post some photos.
