Good morning everyone.  Yes I am enjoying his company and he soon learnt my rules.  Mind you he doesn't find it hard to wind me around his little paws when he looks at me the way he does.  Like GK's though, I'm sure I'll be happy to hand him back to his family when they return.

Good morning everyone. I think today is the last of the sunshine here for a little while. I hope your nephew is going ok Chookie.
Happy here but busy.  I'm going to make another batch of Teninas Parmesan cream ( from her souperbowl book) it's really nice.  Last time we dolluped it in Cauliflower soup and on pulled pork pizzas.  I am going to try some in the place of garlic butter in Skinnymixers chicken Kiev ( another recipe worth cooking).
Have a good day,
Ps I'm looking forward to Forumfest to catch up with all you lovely people.

I have been too scared to make the Parmesan Cream as I know I will love it. I plan on cauliflower soup this week so may be brave and make some.
Thanks for the tip re the Chicken Kiev, I haven't made many recipes of skinnymixers. I must do so.
Hope all is well down your way Bedlam and the girls are well.
I'm looking forward to Forumfest too. I must get my flight booked as I want to go on the same one as Kerry.

Hi friends.

Another grey morning here but at least it isn't raining.
I had a good walk with Chance. He retrieved a dead Sparrow Hawk this morning. :o He was so pleased with his prize but a bit miffed when I lobbed it away.He soon forgave me and rushed on to see what else he could find. :)

Skinnymixers chicken Kiev recipe is going crazy on FB. Seems everyone is cooking it.
The recipe is based on Chelsea's recipe which is on the forum.  I haven't made the Skinnymixers version, but Chelsea's recipe is lovely.

I can imagine Chance's face when you threw his sparrow away Denise. Dogs move on so quickly though. Sounds like he is enjoying his walks.
