CC that's not what you want to hear in Summer. I hope it doesn't last long.

Things are moving along nicely here. The sale of my house becomes unconditional on Monday. The new owner wants to paint and I am agreeable for that to start before settlement as I think it will be lovely for her to move into.

Sorting, tubbing stuff and all ready to roll next week as I can move my things into the new villa over the next two weeks. Very happy.

Sorry I have not been present but I will as soon as I get settled, head into the new  Cooking for You and  Me book and do some reviews. Well that is the plan. I need to get back to cooking as I really have not done a lot  since Ted got sick. I long for my own home cooking with vegetables. A hunk of protein and a bottle of wine do not a meal make.

Can't remember who I have emailed with my new addy and number so if anyone needs it let me know .

Looking at the weather forecast it's going to throw it down over the next few days Katj :-)) We might get 50mm tomorrow!!! "Oh to be in England" ;D

Good to know that the house sale is progressing well Gert. :)

Gert, you've been on my mind the past couple of weeks as I noticed your absence and knew you must be busy packing, etc., but wasn't sure of your moving date.  So glad everything is going smoothly and I am sure you are looking forward to settling down in your new home ... not to say getting back to 'real' food made at home by you (and a certain machine).

Morning all.
Gert, that sounds like a perfect arrangement to be able to move things gradually.  Looks like things will go well for Monday if new owner is talking about painting.,
CC , feel for you. We had a fine cold day yesterday but back to raining again today.,

I had a chuckle about Chance retrieving another Glis Glis CC. I can just imagine it. Does he want to run after it when you throw it away?

Morning all.
Wild weather expected this weekend . Probably snow.
Obbie, have fun at Market.
CC love Chance retrieving things. GC have a new puppy.  When they play Table Tennis and the ball goes off the table, he retrieves it and brings it back to them.
