A sunny start to the day.It was very fresh walking this morning with thick dew on the grass. As usual Chance just ran with his nose down seeking out new smells. ;D

Morning all.
Farmers Market at Woodend today. I will be taking SD Crumpets, herbs from the garden and Malt biscuits for the stall holders.  It will be wet and cold so will be interesting to see who turns up.

Hi friends.
A sunny start to the day here but like yesterday it's cool.I had a great walk with Chance this morning and of course he retrieved a dead Blackbird for me from the hedgerow. :-))

I hope you had a good time at the Farmers Market Chookie and didn't get too cold. :)

Morning all.
The Farmers Market wasn't as busy as usual but still good fun. I came away with Dalia bulbs , a bag of compost and a punnet of lettuce seedlings. All things for the garden. One of the things I like most about this market is that there are a lot of young people doing their own thing. One young couple use Australian grown Chick peas to make dips, another cook  Paella, another have oranges and sell juice that they squeeze while you wait. One young man brings wild mushrooms that he has gathered from the pine forests. There is a hot pie stall, ( not very nice), and coffee from the back of a van, very nice and busy. An Indian stall with hot food and prepared spices.
Until next month.

Good afternoon all.  A beautiful sunny day here.

DS took this photo with his phone of a sugar glider in the tree last night.  They are lovely little creatures, so tiny  and often hard to see.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Chookie, I love to hear your market purchases. I agree, it is always refreshing to see young people taking an interest in markets, cooking and making things.

Love the photo of the sugar glider Mab, Your DH did well to capture that shot.

CC , chance must love his walks.

Good luck with the party food Robin

The sugar glider is so cute Mab. I think. Any of us are envious of your market Chookie.
CC do you ever go for a walk without Chance retrieving a little gift for you?  Does he do the same on his afternoon walks?
