Good Afternoon,
I had a short 6 hour shift at work today. Very unusual to have a casual on a public holiday. Must have been short of senior staff. Had a good day though and still home early enough to enjoy a late lunch.

Happy Australia Day friends.I hope you all had a good one.

Very cold day here.A few snow flurries in the air. It was nice to get back into a warm house after my walk with Chance this morning.

Morning all.
At Cherokee today. We had a massive rain dump a couple of weeks ago. It washed a lot of our drive away. Today the men have come with their machinery to fix it. Scones with home made jam for Morning tea and pumpkin soup for lunch with Middle Easter bread for lunch.
Mid 20 s so Soup ok.

I hope they fixed it Chookie, it doesn't seem that long ago that you had it laid but the heavy rains have been so damaging.

Morning all.
Good job done on drive yesterday. Normally lasts 8 years. As the workers left yesterday, they jokingly said that they would like to come back Monday. LOL.
Back at Invermay, warm 30 today.

Good morning everyone, enjoy your weekend and stay cool in Perth & Adelaide.
I bet the workers don't get treated as good anywhere else Chookie.

Judy, we have heard that some people won't even give tradies a glass of water. Unbelievable.
