Good morning everyone.  A pleasant day here.  Both DS have gone fishing, hope they bring me home something. :D

Good morning everyone, what are you all doing for New Year’s Eve tonight?
DH will stay up to see in the bells (to use a Scottish phrase), I, however, intend to be unconscious and in bed by that time!

Hope everyone has a lovely night, whatever they get up to!

Not a lot Judy LOL.

Just before walking Chance this morning there was torrential rain! Thank goodness it eased up just before we started our walk. There was surface water everywhere especially running off the fields.

Judy I will be fast asleep at midnight. It doesn't sound as though there are any parties around here tonight.

Also in bed . Ral and I are celebrating the New Year with a picnic lunch at the dam. He will be trying out his tabby nets that he got for Xmas. Ham cheese and tomato rolls, thermos coffee and Zuchinni and carrot spice cake.

That sounds like fun Chookie.  What’s Ral expecting to net in the lake?  A tabby net, is that supposed to read yabby net?

I’m up until midnight most nights so tonight was no different but the noise of fireworks has ceased around here so I can now go to bed.  Happy New Year everyone.

Happy New Year everyone.

DH and I ended up playing Scrabble until late ... but I still managed to be fast asleep as the year ticked over!

Happy New Year to my Forum friends.
Didn’t hear a thing as I was fast asleep.  Ral said there was a bit of fireworks noise.
Judy, yabby , naughty Apple correct was at it again.
Cool morning and nice mild day.

Happy New Year all!
Well I got to watch the local fireworks from our balcony, watched a bit of tele and then started collecting family members from local parties from about 2am this morning :-)) Today will be a busy one as it's time to pack away Christmas for another year. Might do some cooking if the temp stays below 30 degrees.
