CC, it looks like you are in for a week or so of totally nasty weather.  Batten down the hatches, take care, keep safe and keep warm.

Ditto from me too Denise, I’d stay indoors if it was me.  Xx

CC, take care. Bad weather forecast for Europe and England. Snow in Rome.  Never thought I would see that.

Thanks girls. Yes it's very cold here. We had another few flurries of snow again today.

Hi Friends,
Another sprinkling of snow but not too bad here. The eastern side of the UK has had the heaviest dumping of snow. Still very cold though and the wind makes it feel colder.

Good morning everyone.  A cool 15* with some rain.  I'm glad to see the end of the hot strong winds we had yesterday.

Hot, strong winds are not good Margaret. We are warming up today 32*. Not too bad.

I see they are calling the nasty cold "the beast from the east". It looks unbelievable. Denise do you still walk Chance in the early morning when this type of weather is around? Maybe you have a doggie treadmill.😀

No doggie treadmill Cookie LOL I’m still walking Chance early during this cold weather. Where we live we haven’t had too much snow but I gather tonight it might get worse.

CC, hope it isn’t too nasty.
Yesterday we had a beautiful Autumn day. Autumn is my favourite season. The gardener did lots of small jobs. Makes such a difference.
I finally got to clean out the Chook house.  Put the composted litter on the veggie garden .  Think I might get 3 new hens.
