Hi friends.
It's rained heavily all day. Really horrible dog walking as the mud is horrendous.

Morning all.
Beautiful Autumn weather. CC sorry to hear that it is so bad for you. You must be thoroughly sick of the rain and cold.
Judy, glad to hear you are enjoying your Hot X Buns.
Cookie, to say your buns look bought, is a compliment. My SD buns were the best I have made. The secret was in the 15 + hour first rise and baking for the first 10 minutes covered. They were as light as the yeast ones.

I’m not making any Chookie but dear Katie made some this morning and bought one into me at the nursing home when she visited her Mum. It was so good! Light and delicious, even without any butter. Thanks again for thinking of me Katie.
