Beautiful day.
Went to visit friend who is waiting cancer treatment.  We went out for lunch.

DD and I took ourselves out for a spot of retail therapy as the spot where our budgie used to sit was looking very empty.  We didn’t buy much but it cheered us up.  DH is working hard on his restoration.

Morning all.
Another nice mild day.
We are dog sitting.   Cooper is a rescue dog and had several behavioural  issues when first brought home. He is now a very good family dog.

I’m glad Cooper is over his issues Chookie, the time the family have spent re-educating him has paid off.
Good morning everyone, an early football match for me today on another hot day.

Your football match would have had you on the edge of your seat Judy. A good outcome for you though. We are going to our match tomorrow.
Today DD bought a sweet little hand reared budgie. He is sort of grey.  Very quiet at the moment but I’m sure he will settle in. The weiro loved him.

Good news that you have added a new member to the family Cookie. Any name yet?

A dry day here today and a warming up a bit.

Cookie, congratulations on your new Budgie.  Nice company for the Cockatiel.
Judy, great footy match for you.
CC, so good that you are having a bit of warmer weather.
We are enjoying the warm Autumn. We are expecting rain later in the week. We certainly could do with it.
We have a house guest for the weekend as well as Cooper. Cooper is fascinated by the yabbies. We put the small ones back in the dam and he checks them out as they go in. I worry that they will pinch him on the nose.

Good morning folks, everyone is chatty this morning.
Plenty to yell about at the football, best place to get rid of all your frustrations.
I’m sure Cooper will be bitten on the nose before too long Chookie, ouch!
A cool room Robyn, wow your fudge business must be going well. Do you have solar panels to keep your electricity costs down?
I’m sure the new budgie will settle in quickly Chookie, he’s just sussing you all out in the meantime.
If you’re expecting rain later this week Chookie, I hope we are too but I haven’t heard of it yet.
Enjoy the break in weather Denise, you must be sick of all that mud when walking Chance.

We have rain today. A early walk with Chance down through the woods and then returning back home. There are baby lambs in some of the fields, always a wonderful sight to see.

Morning all.
CC lambs are a sure sign of Spring.  Love to see them playing together.
Judy, they seem to change the weather forecast every day. It is now rain next Saturday.
Our gardener is bring her 2 small sons with her today.  We think it is important that they know where their mum works.
