Good morning everyone.  A chilly 4 deg here.

I love reading all the weather, I’m a bit of a weather freak.  CC is hot, it’s cold for Chookie and Margaret, Judy has sun and here in the West it is pouring. We had 32 overnight and it supposed to continue until about lunch time. No wind, just lovely rain. It will help the garden as we aren’t allowed to water for June, July and August.

If you’re not allowed to water during winter cookie, what happens in summer. Usually that’s when restrictions are here.

That is awful Cookie.  We have tanks as well as town water here.  At Cherokee we had lots of tanks. The veggie garden uses a lot of water in the Summer. We know a lot of people who have to buy in water, especially those with horses.

During the summer we are permitted to water twice a week, three times if you have a bore. Fortunately we have a bore. We have had those restrictions for years as Perth doesn't really have that much drinking water. We have some dams, but they are all 2/3 empty and have been for years, we also use underground water, but that is limited and we have a desalination plant.

Hi friends,
Another glorious hot day here today.
If our weather continues we will have a hose pipe ban which means no watering the garden. Most gardeners have water butts and use those. We are lucky we an old water tank that is under ground, not very big but DH pumps water from there to our water butts for me to use for watering.

Good morning everyone.  Like Chookie we are having another cold day.  It's 4 deg at the moment.

We've just had the customer from H*## in driving us all demented.  I had to send my colleague out for an extra long lunch break as he was totally shattered after putting up with their rubbish for 2 hours!  Unfortunately it is very foggy and chilly out so he is going to have to walk extra fast to keep warm!

That's dreadful Marina. Your colleague will probably want to walk fast to work off his annoyance. Those sort of people make me cross. There are ways and means to do everything, without resorting to unpleasantness.

Marina, people can be so rude.  It is difficult not to be rude back. I feel for you.
