Wishing your DH a very Happy 80th Birthday Chookie.  Nice to hear that the party went well.

Another cool morning here -1* when I got up with frost everywhere.

It's rained heavily here all day. The forecast wind didn't arrive which was excellent from my point of view.

K Atie.  Thanks for the Birthday wishes.   Enjoy your time at the Snow.  DS and family also left yesterday for 2 weeks skiing at Mt. Hotham.
DD and family going to Tassie for GD Work Experience .  She will be working with a research team at Port Arthur.
CC, we also remember your very cold wet Winter.  Enjoy the warmth.
It is very cold this morning, 2 degrees.

Hi everyone, up early for tradesmen so as a bonus I got to see a beautiful sunrise. Cold but fine day here with rain on the way for the rest of the week.

K Atie enjoy the snow. Being West Aussies we go a bit crazy if we ever see snow.
we were carrying on at Mt Kosciusko many years ago and someone said "you would have to be from WA". It must be very obvious.
