Great view Chookie, enjoy.
Yes I have the flu and missing my daily visit to the nursing home, Mum gave it to me!

Good morning everyone.   Not so cold today but lots of rain.

Judy, Sorry to hear you have the flu, I hope you recover quickly.

Nice photos Chookie.  I like the one of the city lights.  They remind me of when I worked at the Melbourne Garden Show and we had a room overlooking the city and gardens.

Thanks Margaret, with complete rest, drinking plenty of fluids, sleeping upright and having this https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1098.0 as a nightcap I’m over the worst.

Great photos, Chookie.

Glad you are feeling better Judy, take it easy for a while, though, you don't want it coming back.

Look after yourself Judy the flu can be very nasty . Best drink BH&G we call it thermi tea . Chookie the photos are great hope you had a great time in Melbourne. We just returned from a few days at Mt Buller family skiing holiday . Not skied since my 20s , hard to keep up with the teenagers . But I managed till day three and my legs went to jelly , just no strength to turn . All good and it snowed this morning as we left . Ids loved it and every moment , lessons made a huge difference too.

Get well soon Judy and Margret  :-* :-* :-* :-* Take it easy and look after yourselves.
Your skiing trip sounded fun KAtie even though you couldn't keep up with the youngsters  ;D
Love day/ night of Melbourne Chookie. 8)

A very hot day here today. The UK isn't use to temperatures of 31c. DD said London was stifling. :o

Home today.  Invermay, max of 6 degrees. Will call in at Vic Marker on the way. We have both enjoyed our break away.
K Atie, sounds like you did very well with the skiing. Lessons for the kids a very good idea. Our DS and family at at Mt Buller.  He has been sending Videos.  Looks beautiful.
Judy and Mab, take care.
CC, we have been reading about your heat wave. Sounds uncomfortable.

Good morning everyone.  Cold, wet & windy here.

Katie, sounds like your skiing holiday was a great success.

CC, that's real Aussie weather you are having.  We could do with some of that today.

Good morning everyone, thanks CC, Chookie & Katie. I am going to have a day up today after 3 days of total rest.  Will pop in for a quick visit to my nursing home rellies then back to bed to watch our football match later this afternoon.
I bet the kids enjoyed their skiing holiday Katie, you did well to last as long as you did - I would most certainly only be on the sidelines watching.
I believe 31 degrees in the UK is different to 31 degrees over here Denise, hopefully it will cool down a bit soon for you all.

Best wishes for you DH Robyn. Having skiing withdrawals, powder snow there now ,kids enjoyed so much they are pleading to return . Very windy here and rather cold . Another quiet day of washing , relaxing knitting reading , catching up with marsterchef and DD doing homework to catch up on hospitality studies starting for next term .
