Nothing wrong with that Chookie, you obviously needed it.   Haven’t done that for quite a while, regularly up 7 - 7.30 but I find I do get a lot more done - if I feel like it!

I’m usually up about 6.30 on weekdays and later on the weekends. I think 8 is a reasonable time to arise! Although I agree with Judy, that you can get more done.

It was the coldest night last night for a decade here in the UK. Parts of Scotland dropped to -22c 🥶

Brrrr CC that is very cold.   The coldest night we ever had was -14 on one of  our trips.

+5 degrees is too cold for me. 29 here today, lovely. However we are going to get a run of 35 for several days.

You just wonder how cold it can get Denise, I guess you would need your heating on 24/7 at those temperatures. I cope better with the heat than the cold weather now that I’m thin so it makes me wonder how our next winter is going to affect me.

We have our heating on 24/7 Judy. Our new house is very thermal efficient and keeps it warm and cosy.
