Karen, I'm tagging along behind my friends, leaving Friday morning and heading to Lakes Enterance, then up the coast of NSW  probably end up around Batesmans Bay, hope to be away for three or four weeks, taking my iPad so still will be I touch. I must master the photo's while I'm away.

Morning everyone
Uni, Glad you are recovering okay, your Sydney get together must be coming up soon and you need to be fully recovered by then.  ;D
Frozzie, can understand DH feeling down, but it won't be long now and then the children will be able to show him all the news things.  How did the car hunting go?

Hi CC  ;D  hope you have had a nice day.
Dede, I think we are all anxious about this baby, thoughts are with you.
Marie

Poor dh ..He is not handling being stuck and not being here but only two weeks to go..not an easy situation but its only for another two weeks..

Car hunting ongoing.. Ringing around and visiting car yard stage.. Looking at the new i30 elite 2012 new model.. Hopefully sorted out soon.. Started off looking at a really good 2nd hand as a 2nd car ie 2 yo etc but price just as high or not far off new so now buying new straight off as 2nd car then dh will buy another car once here ...

Glasshouse mountains.. Sunshine coast

How lovely. You kept referring to 'northerners' so I thought you might have been even further south

A least you're in the same time zone now :D

By northeners i meant northern hemisphere ie cc, dj etc etc..

Yes def in the same time zone and loving it.. Not so much the wind though.. Wish that would go away lol had gorgeous temps though..

Thx amy and astarra .. Astarra you poor thing.. Gastro is horrid... Every yer in france it went around and around.. Shocking.. Always between seasons.. I usually doped up on probiotics which always avoided me picking it up mainly when the kids had it

GF and CC have u ever made chocolate syrup?

thinking of converting this

sounds easy what do u think?
Ingredients:
•   2 1/4 cups raw sugar
•   3/4 cup cocoa
•   1 1/2 cups water
•   3 tsp vanilla extract or essence
Method:
Combine the sugar and cocoa in the microwave-safe jug using the whisk. Whisk in the water until combined well and smooth. Microwave on high for four minutes, whisking every one minute.
