Gretchen you meet every challenge head on, you are indeed a superwoman and the support you give others is wonderful too. Gotta love women like you  :-*

Gee, getting old sounds so much fun.... I don't think I'll bother :-))

Old? Old? I was only  49 when it all started.

I am only 68 now Amy. Who you calling  old?  Old is gold. LOL!

Gertbygrave

LOL ;)
You're right Gert, you're not old. I'm sorry. I should respect my young elders :-))

Two elderly women were eating breakfast in a restaurant one morning.
Uni noticed something funny about Gret's ear and said,
"gret, did you know you've got a suppository in your left ear?"

Gret answered, "I have? A suppository?"
She pulled it out and stared at it.

Then she said, "Uni, I'm glad you saw this thing.
Now I think I know where my hearing aid is

 ;D ;D ;D ;D

And now I know where my hearing aid got to?

Uni did you know that innuendo is an Italian suppository?

Mornig all. Well while we are an the subject perhaps the MP has scrambled my memory.

JD usually put things in diary but DH  insists on a google calendar so I got muddled up and forgot to put in, plus with young home mixed up my Monday's.

Next Monday different as may be on a course all day, and hour away so menu planning would have to be v different. Leave home 9 am back 6 pm.

Night time power surges (LOL) easing, metabolism slowing for first time in life, can't eat anything anymore as lbs creeping on. Worst thing is still get periods out of blue and can be caught out, like every 3 or 4 months!

You girls are good for a morning laugh

Morning from the northern hemisphere...was running very late this morning.. Woke up at 8 in a panic as kids start school at 8.30 and they were also still sound asleep lol... Got to love mornings like that ... NOT!!  Feels like friday andwe are only tuesday...

Talking of hot flashes ive had them on and off and all sorts of wacky health probs but the docs cant find out what it is... Hormonal tests come back normal yet there are times when its freezing out and i cant handle more than a light tshirt on and still sweating lol.. Ive had some very odd looks!  Been ok for a while now though.. And im still in my 30s... Heaven help me when im older..

As I suffer terribly from PCOS I am looking forward to menopause. My periods give me hell, where I often have to wear maternity pads. Gyno wont do hysterectomy so I just have to live with it.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate
