Well I rang the surgery and spoke to the receptionist. She doesn't seem to think she needs a booster but will speak to the doctor when he comes in to confirm and ring me back. I still think she should have one.

PS Dede just watch for infection too.
If in doubt hot soak, boiled water cooled to as hot as you can bare, 1tsp salt to 1 pint water, several times a day.

Sorry you can't sleep DJ. I have a radio on an all night station beside the bed with the speaker that goes under the pillow.  I use that when all else fails usually works.
