Hope it fines up for you Robyn.

Just back from the push and shove at Aldi's - I got there at 7am and was the second in line. Two elderly gentlemen were behind me and by 8.30am couldn't see the back of the queue. The doors opened and everyone rushed forward. I was trying to help the elderly fellow on a walker and people had no regard for him. Anyway I got a TV and grabbed one for him and we both got out in one piece.  :)

I'll bet he's thanking his lucky stars you were there for him, Mcmich - even if just for his physical safety!  You'd think the management would have been supervising and helping instead of leaving it to the baser instincts of the mob.   Kudos to you on that one!! :D

You deserved that TV Mcmich!

Well done Michele - gotta be quick. Nice to know there are some people helping out those who need it.  And even better you and he both for the TVs!!  :D
Were they sold out by the time you left?  :)

Frozzie, I hope a perfect job pops up really really soon. Your dad sounds a little like my FIL and I know I couldn't live with him! We considered moving in for a while when we were renovating, but ended up renting elsewhere, which was a strain financially but probably for the best...
