Uni, I finally tried the slim pasta you wrote about ages ago. It was a really odd texture. I made pesto to go with it, but I think that a different sauce would have been better as the slim pasta didn't hold the heat, and it went cold quickly. I think it would be better in an Asian style stir fry. I asked DH if he would eat it again, but he said no

 i did try it with a few different sauces, it was a NO GO in the house
