CC you will be here in winter, you will notice a huge difference to your winters, NO snow in Adelaide.
It will probably feel like summer for me AB :D :D :D :D
I'm still smiling at the thought of visiting your beautiful country and visiting my forum friends ;D

DJ, click on eg the words Tater tots.  It will take you to a larger picture and beneath it on the RHS you will see Source - seriouseats.com.  Click on that and it will take you to the recipe.

CC, how long will you be in Adelaide? What are you planning on doing? How exciting :)
Uni, I finally tried the slim pasta you wrote about ages ago. It was a really odd texture. :-\ I made pesto to go with it, but I think that a different sauce would have been better as the slim pasta didn't hold the heat, and it went cold quickly. I think it would be better in an Asian style stir fry. I asked DH if he would eat it again, but he said no :-\

That's great CC you will really enjoy it.
Are you planning on visiting other states or just staying in SA?
Will be great for all of us to meet up and you will most certainly be the star attraction  ;D
I haven't even thought about the goody bag yet but I guess I should start putting on my thinking cap too.  ;)
