Morning everyone - hi Kim - I think the whole planet was out of whack yesterday- had a terrible day at work myself - just a bad day all round . . it'll all get better . . :D

GF did i mention not 2 wash the gnocchi board ?

if u do need to wash it, leave it 2 dry for a few days b4 packing it away
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Hi Uni - no - I don't think we talked about that . . but I was thinking that it probably wouldn't appreciate being wet . .  :D
I'm just working on a collage with picasa . . never saw/noticed it before you started doing it and I've had picasa a long time !! ;D ;D

You run the gnocchi pieces down it with you thumb ... Kind of curls the "dough" a little and creates the lines/pattern...

It's a pic program you download . . just google picasa and follow the bouncing ball to download - it keeps track of all your photos etc - you can crop, brighten, etc etc before you print.
