Sounds like everyone is having a hard time with appliances. The thermostat on my oven was replaced earlier this year, but I still have an oven thermometer on an inside shelf, but it is showing that the oven is not as hot as its supposed to be. Problem is, I'm not sure which is faulty - the new thermostat on the oven, or the new oven thermometer.
Then to top if off, I've been using my sewing machine, and noticing that it is sounding funny on straight stitch. I tried out some of the fancy stiches as I'm trying to finish a birthday pressie for a friend, and it's missing part of the stitch. I think it's time for a new machine- I don't use it much, but I do like to make things from time to time. It,s an old machine and not worth getting fixed again.  Looks like I will have to use my mumz's machine to finish the pressie :(

ES,  sure will. I will tell you all about it.  ;D
The Portuguese tart recipe was 'borrowed' by a TMX consultant and presented as her own,  and won some award for 'her' recipe.   I would much prefer for forum members to use the recipe and enjoy it.

Chookie that makes me really cross. It is not very nice at all.

Evening lovelies ;D
Windy day here.Just back from my morning dog walk. The only thing I saw this morning was the continuing  demolition of an old house.Very noisy.

Evening GF. ;D I walk Chance twice a day, about an hour each time.If I feel he needs a good run I will extend one of the walks to about an hour and a half.DH is very good and if I'm out he will take him for his walk but he only gets 40 minutes. :D

Luckily most of the walking is on the flat as I still puff and pant going up the hills :D :D I do a lot of thinking on my walks ;)
Chance is always ready for a walk GF. :D :D
