Finally took the plunge to see a chiropractor last week, based on a friend's suggestion. Hope to be at pain free at some point in time.

Or pay really high prices at the tuckshop for not too good food. Prices have jumped through the roof again this week at school.

Evening all    hope those that had a bad night last night get a better one tonight.

  I have a theory,  that once you have had kids,  you never sleep well again. 

  I honestly believe you are right Chookie, I do not sleep very well at all so now I know who to blame.

My DD sacked me as mother once (I can't remember what I had done to deserve it......probably asked her to pack her own lunch!) and was very put out when I refused to be reinstated.
