Yvette you lucky thing jetting off to Europe. Have you got lots of warm clothes as it will be pretty hard to buy here before you go? I suppose you could get some stuff online.

Yes the Aussie National team have done us proud. They are all very young as all under 20. Comp is open to young chefs up to 24. Some are obviously qualified but Aussie team all apprentices. My GD is in her second year.

Yvette hope you have a great trip and take lots of warm clothing as December can be very cold although it depends where in Europe you will be. Irrespective of weather you will enjoy it. Very exciting.

Thanks everyone CP I have been buying warm things throughout the year have plenty I think  :o I am losing weight atm so might have to buy more when I get there. At least with DD living there she will no some shops to go to, 3kgs down hoping another 5 before I go.
