Poor Gert!   ;D ;D  It's only 8C atm and we're heading for a top of 16C apparently.  Think of it like this, Gert . . at least you're much better off in Sydney than say Canberra  -5C to a top of 11C!

Oh Gert  ;D  This morning I've been for my walk along the beach and it was -1C !  No wind or even breeze so it didn't feel as cold as yesterday which had a bit of a breeze coming off the water. On the drive to the beach I had a warning come on my screen in my car saying "Low Temperatures outside".  No kidding!  ;D

Such a beautiful day, saw 2 dolphins in one area and when almost back to my car I saw about 12 pelicans sitting on the water in a group with a lone dolphin frolicking around them with lots of seabirds flying in and around, was such a wonderful sight.  :D

Hello CC & DJ  ;D

Have power back on and hoping it will stay on this time.  Fine but cold day here and the wind has gone - thank goodness.  Garden a bit of a mess but nothing too bad.
Judy, belated best wishes for your anniversary.  Hope you had a lovely day.
Gert, I can understand you feeling the cold.  Hoping it warms up for you soon

Gert I hope you warm up soon. Is it cold during the day or only early morning and night?

Wow CC blackberries growing freely. Are you able to pick them when they are ready?

Gert you poor thing. I have been cold when we have been camping, a nice nip of Port helps......but perhaps not first thing during the day.

That sounds wonderful, CC.... here, in NSW at least, blackberries are now classed as a "noxious weed" . . .to be eradicated . . :'( :'( :'(
I remember my mother dressing in my father's fireman boots, etc. for protection to go blackberrying/ Those were the days!!
